Toneika Stephens-Young, is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University (B.A. Music-Piano) and Norfolk State University (MME-Voice). She has over 25 years of teaching experience in the arts and is also an international smooth jazz/ neo-soul recording artist. Toneika has a passion for the Arts and STEM and strives to see great accomplishments from Musical Creations Foundation student participants.
